Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Spec

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Ensure the Talent Acquisition team delivers exceptional client service and manages full-cycle recruiting activities.
– Participate in and contribute to Talent Acquisition leadership and management initiatives.
– Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
– Lead, coach, and develop a team of local Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to support continuous improvement.
– Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, vendors, community organizations, and internal stakeholders to ensure predictable and successful recruiting outcomes.
– Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions to strengthen employer branding and attract early-career talent.
– Stay current on recruiting trends, competitor intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques to advise TA teams and business leaders.
– Ensure the Talent Acquisition team consistently meets or exceeds established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
– Lead and participate in Talent Acquisition–related projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
– Lead the implementation, enforcement, and monitoring of compliance with all company policies and procedures.
– Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and authority related to policy implementation.
– Ensure timely completion of all required training for self and team members.
– Provide strategic oversight and ensure the ongoing success and growth of the external business arm of the internal recruitment agency, including performance, client delivery, and commercialization objectives.
