Senior Contract Management Spec

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Manage Contracts and commercial aspects of the Project under the direction of the Contract Manager(s) in liaison with the Project Director/Manager
– Work with the Contract Manager on Contract project kick-off activities, including Insurance Certificates, Bank Guarantees, Parent Company Guarantees, Contract document review, preparation of Contract summary, Contract required notices Lists, Deliverables lists, Flow-down Requirements, and Responsibilities Matrix, which are due in the first 30 days of Contract Award
– Assist with Contract Review Kick-off meeting with the Project team to promote contract awareness and interpretation to support project implementation
– Assist Contract Manager(s) with all relevant project management Contractual and Commercial procedures
– Maintain appropriate Contract records
– Work with Contract Manager(s) to prepare Contractual and commercial correspondence
– Assist Contract Manager(s) with participation in Project risk meetings
– Assist the Contract Manager in developing and preparing Project Change/Variation Proposals for the Client
– Ensure that project monthly reports reflect an accurate position on all Contract and Commercial issues
– Assist Contract Manager(s) in contractual and commercial aspects of Project Close-out
