Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Supervise all civil works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, structures, utilities).
– Conduct regular site inspections and verify progress against schedule.
– Implement and enforce the project’s Quality Control Plan and review ITPs.
– Perform quality inspections, monitor test results (e.g., concrete, compaction), and ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., DIN/EN).
– Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
– Enforce HSE rules and support safe work practices.
– Maintain daily reports, records, and support as‑built documentation.
– Communicate effectively with engineering, construction management, and subcontractors.
