Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Provides direction and coordinates the Engineering and Design Leads on a project.
– Responsible for the execution of engineering deliverables including the engineering schedule, budget, document controls and manpower staffing.
– Proactively manages change.
– Establishes project procedures to ensure deliverables meet client and established engineering and project requirements.
– Identifies problems and coordinates with the engineering team to correct.
– Maintains and promotes a focus on company’s end product whether engineering, fabrication or construction.
– Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines.
– Ensures effective management of change.
– Assumes responsibility for cost, schedule, quantity and budget control for a given scope.
– Reviews work with client, management and project leads
