Principal Project Info Systems Mgmt Lead

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Preparation of the Data Management Execution Plan for the project
– Specify and coordinate the processes and tools for data collection, validation consolidation and handover to the Client
– Co-ordinates and manages the data input & requirements throughout project execution across multiple engineering applications (from Hexagon/AVEVA)
– Detect and manage project scope changes in Data Management
– Single point of contact to project management and to the Client for Data Management topics
– Translate project specific information requirements into efficient system configurations and related user instructions
– Prepare functional specification and manage the development and implementation of project specific applications and/or interfaces
– Liaise with [global] project teams (& Vendors, Sub-contractors as required) to promote, explain and ensure compliance with Data Collection requirements and assist as required to support timely delivery of information
– Plan and co-ordinate the day-to-day data management activities and collection processes
– Ensure compliance with the Data Quality Management Framework
– Liaise with Construction and/or Completions team personnel to ensure commissioning/operational hand-over requirements are understood & being met
– Capture lessons learned, best practices and ensure their embedding in the organization.
