Project Information Systems Management Lead

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the entire life cycle information management process of projects, from initial estimate to completion and handover
– Review of Invitation to Bid (ITB) from Clients for the Information Management requirements and assessment of the risks and opportunities in this area
– Coordinate with Business and IT stakeholders in the preparation of the Information and Systems Management Execution Plan for proposals and projects
– Prepare Information and Systems Management estimates covering hardware, resources, and licenses and control spending within the allocated budgets
– Prepare and review proposal write-ups
– Detect and manage project scope changes
– Coordinate the project-specific infrastructure setup for construction sites, client resident teams, and joint venture partners in cooperation with Project IT
– Specify and coordinate the processes and tools for data collection, validation consolidation, and handover to the Client
– Single point of contact to project management and the Client for Information Management
– Translate project-specific information requirements into efficient system configurations and related user instructions in conjunction with execution tool administrators
– Prepare functional specifications and manage the development and implementation of project-specific applications and/or interfaces
– Capture lessons learned, best practices and ensure their embedding in the organization
– Initiate and conduct Information Systems Management (ISM) audits and peer reviews
– Train and coach personnel for and on assignments
– Provide input to audits and peer reviews, undertake other project audits as required
