Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Research, source (using referrals, data mining, and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates, and present candidates to hiring managers
– Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
– Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to understand lines of business and hiring needs
– Work with Human Resources (HR) to provide best practices and customer service to the hiring community
– Meet and exceed both personal and Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
