Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Support day-to-day operations by assisting project team members with their daily tasks, including administrative duties, vendor compliance to client specifications, updating specifications, responding to client comments.
– Work closely with colleagues to contribute ideas, share insights, and provide support for ongoing projects
– Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of tasks, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved
– Participate in team meetings
– Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of various documents, presentations, and reports
– Respond to emails and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
