Human Resources Generalist

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Managing the process related to housing and lease contracts for employees living in Milan including its administration
– Supporting employees in relation to Italian public administration and local government needs
– in cooperation with consultants assist with work permits and visa processes for Italy, Mozambique and China
– Acting as the first point of call for HR related queries from employees and JV partner
– Producing HR correspondence
– In cooperation with the internal travel team supporting the travel management process for mobilizations, business trips and demobilizations on the project
– Management of all starters and leavers, welcoming new colleagues and staff transferring from overseas ensuring a seamless new starter set up.
– Management and maintenance of HR systems
