HSES Advisor

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Familiarization with all company and project specific HSES terms, requirements and project deliverables.
– Identification of applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work including monitoring compliance.
– Ensuring HSES plans, procedures and instructions are implemented.
– Facilitation of project HAZID’s and other risk reviews
– Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project Risk Register and Corrective Action Tracking
– Assist in HSES Prequalification of project subcontractors and vendors as applicable.
– Assist in preparation of project HSES audit plans and conducting of audits.
– Conducting reviews and audits of vessels, facilities or projects
– Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project HSES Activity Plans
– Assist in the initiation of HSES training needs analysis and coordination of implementation.
– Provide SME support to company QHSES training department to include development and delivery.
– Overseeing developed plans to meet project Objectives, Targets and Goals aligned to the Area.
– Leading or participating as SME in Incident Investigations and reporting as applicable.
– Assist in the Review/Approval of subcontractors and vendors for equipment and services.
– Conduct regular site or facility reviews.
– Other duties connected with the HSES function, as directed by Supervisor or Manager, HSES.
– Responsible to familiarize with HSES Policies and procedures and ensure that all work related are done in a safe manner. Actively participate in all HSES Initiatives and Programs.
