Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Primary Functions to include but not limited to:- Work closely with JV partner Quality Managers on issues that arise to ensure appropriate action is taken to correct the issue.
– Liaison with Company (CPY) Quality to ensure crucial information is shared and to ensure any necessary actions are implemented for issues they identify.
– Attend all required meetings i.e., Joint weekly Quality meeting with CPY, PMT meeting between JV and CPY.
– Provide requested information and attend meetings as requested for regulatory bodies i.e., FERC and PHMSA.
– Ensure JV Quality KPIs are captured, recorded, and shared on weekly basis.
– Liaison with Engineering JV partner as issues arise and for NCR dispositions as required.
– Oversee JV Partner’s Supplier Quality Surveillance Program and work closely with the Procurement Quality Manager (based in Yokohama, Japan) when issues are identified.
– Conduct Tier 1 Quality Steering Team meeting on a quarterly basis.
– Review and approve Nonconformance reports to be issued on project as required.
– Review and approve any revisions to be made on the JV Quality Program.
