Associate Administrative Assistant

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Adopt quality, health, safety, and environmental program of the Company
– Sort and archive appropriate documents by company policy
– Work on projects as needed by management
– Develop, revise, and maintain departmental files and databases
– Receive visitors and respond independently when possible
– Use Microsoft Office programs on a computer to create documents and correspondence
– Produce reports as required
– Handle special projects or duties as assigned by the departmental manager
– Ensure that company objectives, policies, programs, and procedures are consistently adhered to
